Salary Survey Report

Published every two years, the exclusive LNG Salary Survey Report presents compensation data for Sales & Marketing executives, Plant Managers, and Laboratory/Technical Managers with U.S. lubricant manufacturers and marketers. The report is based on a confidential survey conducted for LNG by an independent statistical firm, and provides compiled data by respondents' age, years of experience and numbers supervised; by tenure in current position; by company size; by geographic area; and by gender. This valuable report also includes other compensation reported, including commissions, profit sharing, stock/equity, and expectations for bonuses and raises.

The next complete survey report will be available in December 2010. An overview of survey results is published in the October, November and December issues of Lubes'n'Greases magazine in the survey years, and the complete survey results are available for purchase.
